Neurofeedback

Dive into the world of Neuroplasticity

LENS Neurofeedback, or Low Energy Neurofeedback System, is an advanced form of Neurofeedback designed to directly address symptoms of the Central Nervous System, such as hyperexcitability, anxiety, concentration difficulties, lack of motivation, and more.

The brain has a natural neurobiological response to trauma, which involves suppressing non-essential functions to channel energy towards recovery. This adaptation to difficult experiences can lead to post-traumatic symptoms and dysregulated emotions. LENS is a unique Neurofeedback modality that focuses on releasing blocked and stagnant neural pathways.

How does the technique work?

Through gentle stimulation, LENS promotes brain flexibility and self-regulation in a short period of time, facilitating cortical neuroplasticity and mental balance.

LENS is frequently used in combination with EMDR and sensorimotor psychotherapy to help the brain and body process traumatic memories more effectively.
