How can I book a session?

You should send an email to caranda@neurobalancetherapy.ca w(caranda@neurobalancetherapy.ca)ith the type of therapy you would like to have and your name or the name of the person interested in the service. We will then send you the instructions to be able to book your free consultation or a session.

The first consultation is 15 min long and free, after that, the session are 50 min long for Neurofeedback and 90 min long for EMDR.

How long are the sessions?

Neurofeedback is 50 min long and the service can only be provided face-to face.

EMDR is 90 min long and the service can be provided face-to-face or online.

What happens if I can't make my session?

You need to cancel 48 hours prior to the start of your session. Otherwise, the session would be charged in full.

What happens if I'm late to my session?

Tardiness is allowed up to 15min, however, that time will not be made up during the session.

Does my insurance cover my sessions?

The client must check with their insurance to see whether their benefit will cover psychotherapy and the number of session covered by their insurance.

An invoice will be provided after the session to the client to be able to submit to their insurance.

What are the payment methods?

The client most register a credit card through our system, Jane, to be able to book a session. The credit card will only be charged if you do not show up to the session or if you don't cancel a session 48 hours prior to it.

The only accepted payment method will be an E-transfer and you should make this payment BEFORE the beginning of your session. A credit card must always remain on file to be able to open an account with us at Neuro Balance Therapy.
